The Beau Plan Business Park is located on the grounds of the Beau Plan Sugar Estate, in the north of Mauritius, 15 minutes from the busy business capital of Port Louis, and a 10 minutes walk from the nearby village of Pamplemousses and its world famous botanical garden.

The Beau Plan Sugar Estate ceased its factory operations in 1998, after 177 years of raw sugar production. Since then, the former factory building has been converted into a museum depicting the story of the sugar industry in Mauritius.

Two existing stone buildings from the old factory have been incorporated to new and modern structures built to host offices. The latest technology was used in the Beau Plan Business Park to ensure maximum comfort and efficiency to a maximum of 17 tenants.
